I am a graduate of kindergarten, grade 8, Grade 13 (OAC) and Sheridan College - Illustration, 1997. I tell stories and make pictures - in all sorts of ways. I have two kids and an awesome partner (who is finishing my new studio as we speak). I live in a tiny house, surrounded by trees, next to a winding river. There are a lot of blackflies, foxes and frogs. I like to garden, and I love to play in the sand. I am an avid reader, and I love to paddle a canoe. I am a graphic artist and sometimes College professor.
I am excited about the future, and in a constant flurry of creation. I think in animation, and write stories as I walk. I often forget them before I get home, but sometimes they manage to make it onto a napkin or a random envelope to turn into something later.
I work in the wee hours of the morning, nap time and late in the evening, so I don’t miss a minute of hanging with my troop.
I also have a secret. I am a fairy godmother - but don’t tell. I make tutu’s in my spare time, infused with magic and shiny tidbits - see them at my etsy shop.
If you would like to work with me - please drop me a line.
